Handy to have!

This is probably the greatest thing since sliced bread. I was going to buy the original Gorillapod until this came out. It's great! The magnets were strong enough to hold my Canon PowerShot A540. The great thing is that it is the same as the original Gorillapod, just with magnets. So you can still attach it to a tree, but also to a street sign pole. There is also a quick release feature on it that allows you to leave a small attachment on your camera and easily slide it on and off the pod itself. I would recommend this to everyone I know.

Very durable. can get some very nice angles. magnets are very strong ( careful what you let get near them, had an issue with a hotel keycard getting deprogramed, carried in the same bag) they keep their hold and feels secure.

Pretty cool

Not bad, but if you think you might want to put a slightly heavier electronic on this, you should go ahead and upgrade to a sturdier model... on the flip side - this is very lightweight and compact, just don't expect it to hold too much.
