All you need in an HDMI cable...

You can spend less on an HDMI cable. But not a whole lot less, as these 2m cables were under 10 bucks. And you can *certainly* spend more on an HDMI cable; quite a bit more in fact. BUT IMO, any more spent on an HDMI cable is money thrown away. These cables are fully compliant with the latest 1.4 standard, and are very well made. There is nothing whatsoever that appears or feels "cheap" in their construction or quality. The cable itself is a nice, beefy gauge, and the connectors, while molded, are quite solid. I would not buy one of the less expensive cables, as I have seen many of these that are flimsy, poorly constructed and are not compliant to the latest HDMI standard. That would be sacrificing a LOT of quality and functionality to save only the price of a Happy Meal. Not gonna do it.This HDMI cable is an outstanding value. I will be buying more of these cables as I continue to expand my home theater system. I don't need any "more" and I won't settle for any "less". I would recommend these cables to anyone. Kudos to Amazon for offering such a great value to their customers.Cheers, y'all.

Nice Cable, Nice Price

I haven't tested the advanced capabilities, but this cable seems to work fine. The look, feel, and fit seem very good.Just say no to cable gouge at bricks-and-mortar stores.Short cables can reduce clutter.I avoid generic unbranded cables because the amazon reviews are often misdirected. Different companies ship different cables under the same listing.- - - Pricing - - -Amazon price bounces between 5 and 6, with rare drops below 4. There's an "Online Price Alert" that will email you whenever this or any amazon product dips below your target price. Google it. It's nicely done. Or try camelcamelcamel.

Can't beat the price.

Well, as another customer said, they either work or they don't.I ordered 4 of these and only 2 of them worked. But for the money I spent on them, I'm not going to complain too much. Mostly it was frustrating trying to figure out where my system was malfunctioning. Once I discovered the cables where junk, I got my world in order.Now I'm going to go and order 2 more cables. Just not from this manufacturer again.
